Scholarships and Financial Aid

  • Here are some lists of scholarships available to qualifying seniors. The lists are updated throughout the year. Since each scholarship has a particular deadline please read each one carefully. The order of the scholarship list published does not indicate the due date of a particular scholarship application.  

    Financial Aid

    Grants:

    FREE MONEY… many students are eligible for various types of federal and/or state grants. You must complete the FAFSA between January 1st – March 2nd of your senior year for priority eligibility.

    Loans:

    By completing the FAFSA you may be eligible to receive federal or state loans at a lower interest rate.

    Work Study:

    This is another form of financial aid where you can earn money to help pay for college expenses. You can receive this form of financial aid, if you are eligible, by completing the FAFSA.

    Scholarships:

    There are many local and nationwide scholarships that are available to students. Be sure to apply for as many scholarships that you possibly can, remember that more scholarships that you apply for the more money you can receive.
